“ I experienced great customer service today! The waiters were very nice and attentive. I don’t remember his name but the morning manager spoke with me for a lot of time and was my waiter for most of the time and was very nice, friendly, and attentive. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. Food was ok but customer service was great! ”

“ We loved Fershis Lobster House! The staff was very welcoming and very friendly! The food was fantastic. We had the garlic lobster and the shrimp alfredo. The alfredo was perfectly made, very creamy but light. The shrimp was cleaned properly and required no work to eat. The lobster was hand-picked on sight and cooked to perfection! The restaurant was fun, exciting, and unique. We certainly enjoyed getting to know Alberto! A great mixologist! And the manager/owner! Such lovely people. We look forward to coming back on our next visit. ”

“ Best Service and excellent food! Our daughter is a vegetarian and it's very hard to find a meal that suits her. Octavio (I believe he's the owner) was extremely helpful and made her a custom meal. The servers are all very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious (we had fajitas and the fettuccine)and the margaritas are strong! Music is quite loud, but most places have music playing loud during the evening so that's not uncommon. We will definitely be back and this will be the place I recommend to friends and family. ”
